Does any of this justify India's giving *FAKE* evidence, in such a serious incident? Does this justify them giving evidence dossiers in Gujrati as a stalling tactic? Do you know what fake is?

I feel sorry for our gullible Indians. They really got duped on Mumbai. They should strive to educate themselves on what a "false-flag operation" is.

I've never seen any logical Indian replies to the basic facts of the incident. The hotel where this occurs, is a three-hundred room hotel, and the half-dozen terrorists "occupy" the building and the Indian forces "can't" move in for nearly a week. Any person with half a brain would understand that six people cannot cover 300 rooms, that averages out to one person having to cover FIFTY rooms - an impossible task. .

How many hours did your top N-SSG take to clear out terrorists from your own Navy building? You know the layout of the building, every inch, no huge number of civilians out there.

I'm sure there were no 300 rooms and 800+ civilians as hostage at least.

Took less than 48 hours. And those people were equipped with heavy assault weaponry, and it STILL TOOK LESS TIME. That's my point - Indian establishment was not serious in tackling this problem. That is why they were giving fake terrorist lists, evidence dossiers in Gujrati, and other ridiculous tactics that reveal their activities for what they were: A SHAM.

Yes, took 48 hours to take out, do you think it is a good performance, I saw here some seniors ridcule the same very noation. They were not in any rigged mountains with heavy hostages. Just in your main navy base with your main strategic air arm assets are located. Whatever heavy weapons they have got, still you guys had a fre hand to go for them.

And about the international media, you guys only ridicule the recent BBC report as biased...its good to believe them when it fits you...right?

No, I don't think 48 hours to take the terrorists out was good enough in Pakistan. Did you know - one main target those terrorists focused towards, was taking out the P-3C Orion aircraft positioned there, something that benefits India but hardly something the "taliban" would go after, naval aircraft aren't being used in Waziristan thousands of miles away from the sea. Anyways, if 48 hours isn't good enough, ONE WEEK is much much worse.

Indian forces stormed the building one week later, easily did so because half-a-dozen terrorists can't hold a 300-room building, WHY did they have to sit on their ***** for a week before doing something? That is inexcusable and they should be taken to court for that. Innocent hostages were executed while they sat around doing nothing. Another thing they should be asked about is, in such a serious matter, why were they giving Pakistan lists of terrorists involved in the Mumbai incident, with people who were in the Mumbai jail for years on the list? This fake list embarrassed the Indian government internationally, and made it look like a cheap ploy to make Pakistan look bad.

You forgot the earlier attacks on Navy coz of M.P arrested some infiltrated goons from your Navy ranks. It was a revenge for the same. There were intel that it will be attacked. leave 48 hours, these guys fought with your top commandos for 20 hours ..that too in your own 'navy area'...unlike mumbai, you know a to z and offcource there is no 300 rooms with civilians.

I hope there is sufficient evidence to lock Lakhvi behind bars for the rest of his life. RAW's suggestion of engaging Pakistan is the right way to go about it. There is a very public massive trial going on, India's government is not participating despite several people from India wanting to participate, give testimonies and present factual evidence.

I think Indian government feels that prolonging the case is more beneficial to them than to get Lakhvi convicted. Prosecutors in Pakistan believe Lakhvi could have been behind bars 6 months ago when the trial was at its peak and all that was required from the Indian side were a few testimonies, especially of Ajmal Kasab. India refused and now the defence has opened up more and more avenues to complicate matters.

But he's a dead man walking... The Indian government should heed to the advice given by its own agencies.
