1- Why Pakistanis stash trash in open. Specially in Islamabad, where foreigners walk around.
2- Govt. of Pakistan collect tax to clean ALL of Pakistan, and yet... trash is lying all over Islamabad streets.

I came across it various times, now it seems her foot balls are bought by a generous person sitting on ground, who happens to be UAE ambassador to Islamabad.
