You cant do that IMF Doesnt allow it and you cnt get enough taxes or your govt will be over thrown as elite doesnt want to pay tax

Read the last sentence of my first exchange with you. I already acknowledged this. Still, SBP is not under anyone’s control. Work the logic out.

IMF wanted an independent SBP apparently because political instability and you always could increase the tenure of governor instead of allowing it to be independent. Secrecy is the big reason economists state as a disadvantage of independent central bank. Independent banks work best for developed countries not countries like Pakistan.
