The Indian connection of NS is pretty evident through his criminal silence on Kulbushan Yadev and the secret meetings he held in Murree. This was not the first time either, he had earlier been heard making damaging statements while addressing a gathering of Indians. Now, the Indian media is actively running a propaganda campaign in favour of Nawaz and agaisnt Imran.

If some people still cannot see the obvious, Gold help them!!

It is difficult, almost impossible to get Pakistan out of the financial mess. PTI will have to work really really hard.. put a hard stop on leaking money.. i.e. 10 billion dollars per annum (according to UN), increase exports, decrease imports, bring at least 80% of the taxable population under tax net, increase the income tax percentage for rich, decrease it for low income people.. decrease indirect taxation to bring the prices down to benefit poor people, increase the direct taxation to target rich population, impose tax on agricultural income of those who own more than 50 acres of land... etc etc etc..

India and the US pissing their pants even though the elections are Pakistani.

Had it been up to the US and India they would have planted Trump/Modi in Pakistan.

Too bad they can't do that.

Well, they better start from day one. Anyone who opposes these measures needs to be prosecuted with an iron fist. Absolutely zero tolerance policy. Anyone who resorts to corruption needs to be handed out the death penalty. We need too look at China as an example.

Also, start overcharging US/NATO supply routes from day one. They have put us on the FATF gray list without remorse. There need to be consequences.

Get a clear policy on Afghan refugee problem. Start repatriating Afghans and continue to secure the border. Any foul play by the Afghans/Americans on the border needs to be responded with an eye for an eye.

Continue to work closely and prioritize relationships with Russia, China and Iran. These are regional countries and we need to rectify our mistake of putting others before our neighbors. CPEC requires to priority number 1.

Deal very firmly with Indian terror and rape policy in Kashmir. Propagate Pakistan's Kahsmir policy transparently. Everyone needs to get the message.

Get very tough on US do more demands. We need to show them a big middle finger and we need to do it through meaningful actions.

No more exploitation of Pakistan.

Topic itself didnt justify or provide enough to support or disagree since elections are for the people and elected by the people technically calling any one ghadar or enemy is unfair by the way this nation has her piece of ghaddars

The first traitor of Pakistan was Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy. He was the premier of Bengal in United India and was instrumental in making East Bengal a part of Pakistan. He spent three months in Calcutta with Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi after the partition. During that period, He helped in pacifying the anti-Muslim riots in the former capital of United Bengal. Upon his return to Pakistan, he was deprived of his national assembly membership and was declared a traitor.

Next in the list was Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan, famously called Bacha Khan. His fault was that he belonged to Indian National Congress before the partition of India. In February 1948, he took oath of loyalty to Pakistan but he was never considered less than a traitor. He spent most of his time in Jail from 1948 to 1963 and died as traitor in 1988.

Moreover, Ghulam Murtaza Shah Syed, also known as G. M. Syed was the president of Muslim League Sindh Chapter in 1943. In that capacity, he passed a resolution in Sindh Assembly to make the province a part of proposed state of Pakistan. He was single handedly responsible for making Sindh a part of Pakistan. Unfortunately for him, He was kicked out of All India Muslim League in 1946. Life in Pakistan was never easy for him as he was also labeled as a traitor. He spent 30 years of his life in prisons of Pakistan. He died in 1995 in Jinnah Hospital when he was still under police custody.

Individuals were not the only traitors in Pakistan and political parties as a whole have also been labeled as traitors. National Awami Party (NAP) won majority of seats from Balochistan and erstwhile NWFP in 1970 elections. It formed governments in both of these provinces but then a civilian dictator Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto sacked NAP government in Balochistan. He blamed the leaders of NAP including Nawab Khair Baksh Marri, Abdul Wali Khan, Sardar Attaullah Mengal and Ghous Baksh Bizenjo for conspiring against Pakistan. Hence, NAP was banned in Pakistan and its leaders were prosecuted for treachery. NAP has been the single biggest source of traitors in political history of Pakistan.

Nawab Akbar Bugti was the head of his tribe in 1947 when he voted for accession of British Balochistan to Pakistan. He served as a State Minister for defense, Governor and Chief Minister of Balochistan and a Member of National Assembly. In 2003, he stood against Dictator Pervez Musharraf for rights of Balochistan. Rather than listening to the genuine demands of the old man, Patriotic general of Pakistan labeled him as a traitor and assassinated him in 2006.

Awami National Party (ANP) is one of the successors of defunct NAP. Despite its best efforts to prove its patriotic credentials, ANP has also been blamed as a party of traitors. ANP is the biggest opponent of Kalabagh Dam in Pakistan. ANP has a strong case against the construction the Kalabagh dam which according to them would have several negative impacts on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. That was enough for ANP to earn the title of traitor and Indian agents.

The list of traitors in Pakistan is very long and it can’t be condensed into one article. Other people who achieved the distinction of being labeled as traitors include Fatima Jinnah, Faiz Ahmad Faiz, Altaf Hussain, Benazir Bhutto and so on.

There has been a lucky person in history of Pakistan who was spared even after discovery of his treachery. He is Ghulam Mustapha Khar, former Governor and Chief Minister of Punjab. During 1980s, Mr. Khar was living in exile in London. During that time he established contacts with Indian Spy agency RAW and solicited Indian support against Zia-ul-Haq regime. These are not allegations but facts corroborated by more than one eye witnesses including the former Wife of Mr. Khar, Tehmina Durrani. Upon his return to Pakistan in 1988, he was first arrested for a brief period and then made a federal minister by none other than those who are responsible for issuing certificates of treachery.

Currently, China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has provided the traitor declaring factories with a golden opportunity to expose dozens of traitors. On the top of the list is ANP chief Asfandyar Wali. Mr. Asfandyar has been protesting against Punjab-Centric nature of CPEC and that’s earned him several certificates of treachery. Federal government of Pakistan, in a sweeping statement, has called all those traitors who criticize the CPEC issue in any way. Social Media in Pakistan is abuzz with pictures and excerpts from different books that prove the treachery of all those who criticize CPEC at behest of India and other enemies of Pakistan.

Unfortunately, the practice of spotting and declaring traitors continues unabated even today. Those responsible for challenging the patriotism of people have not learnt their lesson even after the East Pakistan debacle of 1971.

It goes without saying that In Pakistan earning the title of traitor is not less than an achievement. A person must have stood for something good and campaigned for the rights of a deprived province or a community to earn the distinction of being called a traitor in Pakistan.

Just opinions.

What good did Nawaz do for India! Kashmir deteriorating and Indian soldiers dying more than ever?

Maybe a few Indian elites and their chamcha Modi benefited from Nawaz. But it's hardly geopolitics. It's of little concern to India who's in power in Pakistan, unless there's a radical change in Pakistani establishment's policy, which won't happen until there's a final Indo-Pak war.

Thank you for the tag.

Indeed it is Modi's Narrative Vs Pakistan's Narrative. India stands to lose their business partners in this elections.
Doing business with India at the cost of Pakistan will stop.

The first task of Imran Khan and Asad Umar will be to stop the neck break speed of Pakistan's Economic Slide.
I'm sure that China will be interested in investing even more in Pakistan once they realize that Patronage of corruption has stopped at the highest level and Pakistan is ready for business; Agricultural and industrial development instead of simple loot and plunder trading.

bharati will worship any dog if he barks against Pak army. nothing surprising here.

Why all the international media (minus bharati because it cant be called press/media), mombati/NGO mafia. Journalist of DAWN, Jang etc supporting likes of convicted criminal Nawaz and PTM? dont you feel its to malign our national institutions and nothing more..

Today Ahsan Iqbal tweeted anti army article of Hussain Haqqani against whom his leader Nawaz himself went to the courts for treason case..
