Forgive me Brother, but if you are only interested in dealing with people with same Language as yours ( Arabic ) and same ethnicity as yours ( Arab ), then what you are really saying is that you couldn't care less about the rest of the MUSLIM WORLD. So if Arab Nationalism is your passion and you don't feel a bond with rest of the Muslims like Pakistanis , Iranians , Turks, Malaysians, Indonesians, Bangladeshis, Indian Muslims, African Muslims ( non Arabic ) then you can be on your merry way and enjoy your Arab league ( which has same language and ethnicity) and we too will leave you alone.

In-fact man I find Turkey as the most important country in this region , but they are more interested in join the EU , if Turkey wishes to become one day part of a gathering with GCC they are more than welcome.

Pakistan has its own pathway with China and is not interested in the middle east anyway but again I would be more than happy to have them with us " if pakistan wanted " but again you have your own interests and pathway .

Malaysia and Indonesia are already part of " ASEAN " and do not have interest in this region.

I am referring to countries whom are already our neighbours and share borders with us . Egyptians and Jordanians have always been close to the GCC countries and live here with us for ages .

As for " islamic empire " i do not believe in the mix of state and religion , does not really work and anyway people panic when a Gulf Arab like myself speaks about " islamic brotherhood " and start calling me wahabi and all that weird sorts of names.

Kurds are 20% of Iraq.

Iraqis do not hate each other, all of it is media created hate and politics.

Assad Regime and Egypt have nothing in common , cutting relations was the right step , anyway it neither harms Egypt or Assad regime since both countries have not been inter-acting for over 40 years now.

Look, as much as it may seem odd man, the Pakistanis never had that kind of Sunnis vs Shias like us, which is positive as it reflects how tolerant they are. I guess PakistaniSage must have misunderstood you sentiment in a way. Basically, our problem is with the Iranian regime, that's all.

Trust me Brother, Majority of Pakistanis are overwhelmingly Pro-Muslim and even Pro-Arab.

There is a minority of Pakistanis (about 15%) who have a tendency to bash Arabs because they are Shias and gravitate towards Iran. Unfortunately, I see a large and disproportionate number of them on PDF but they do not represent the majority view of Pakistanis who are Pro-Arab and Pro-Muslim.

I think it Pakistanis would be honoured to have an Observer status on GCC. That is an excellent idea and should be pursued on a Governmental level.

China is a cool country by the way , this is the right step for pakistan , if I were you I would even forge a defence pact with it .

pakistan should work for its own interests and strengthen its economy , anyway a booming pakistan would be great for the region , I wish you become stronger and more prosperous , it would only add more to our own strength.
