There is no excuse for the level of incompetence the ECP as been displaying.
This is the key institution that needs reform in Pakistan; everything follows if this can be reformed.
Public pressure must be constant on the government for reforms of the ECP.
The Motorway Police could be reformed into an institution of which all Pakistanis are proud; same should be done with the ECP.

You r absolutely right. There is a saying "If you want to change the system, follow the system, reach the top and then change the system." Parliament is the top level legislative institution. Come to parliament, sit n talk / struggle / argue to change the system.

Is that the way to deal with ISIS? Join them, and then change ISIS from within into a pacifist hippie group?
Do you think that, maybe the Ku Klux Klan could be reformed by joining them, reaching the top levels, and changing the system from within?

Joking aside, once a system has been as thoroughly saturated by criminality and fraud as has the Pakistani political system, then changing it requires pressure due to public awareness and public protest. Then working within the system has some chance.

Dr. Qadri has now decided to work within the system; he would not have felt confident about that if it were not for his ability to protest about the system as a whole, from outside it.

PTI demanded in parliament to audit taxes of all parliamentarians , a comite was made with 7 members from PMLN , Asad Umar from PTI and few others guess what happened ? PMLN and PPP members voted against ANY audit of taxes . Sames goes to each and every case.

Now before u goes bullshit blabla. Asad Umar has told this in many shows were both PPP and PMLN politicians were to. They did not even answered

These will continue to play unless E-voting is introduced. And the most powerful opposition to E-Voting is NOT from politicians but from the bureaucrats and civil servants such the police; their earnings quadruple in election times by helping the rigging of votes.

I know very well. Lobby parliament here means do the usual wheeling dealing and get even those supporting it to change their votes.
