By seeing the first post I thought a Pak dude had started a good will thread but as I go down I found out another Pak tried to take his cheap shots on us.

And it gave us chance to discuss our Laser capabilities

Everything like SAM, nuclear submarines, stealth ship, missile defence, ICBM, sonars, torpedo etc etc.

Show my obsession ? What sort of obsession ? The same words are found on almost every DRDO related news lol

Ok it was 2010 news ... What has happened in the meantime to 10km Aircraft dazzling laser ?

It is clearly mentioned that it will take two more years. 2010+2 is 2012 according to commonly known mathematics what your math says? 2010+2 = 2011?

Someone just posts old article for his sick agenda but on the topic we need to collaborate with US and Japan get dual use tech transfer as they have lifted sections on our strategic organizations. It will speed up the things in a big way.

There are some collaborations with US for joint research in areas of defence and atomic technologies but Japan is far off. They still cannot forget the past.

No the thing have changed with India's progress and specially with china's aggression with its neighbors.

And I am not saying PSUs should go for it we have a very large private sector that can collaborate or seek tech transfers in the name of some civilian usage etc.

If there were a thing like that and it was even close to being operational , it would have propagated far and wide in the media ... Its not an ordinary achievement to utilize lasers for defense even USA with all its tech might and power is struggling to deploy them lol

Spoil my intent ? Did you even read or understand the paper ? lol It says nothing about the very futuristic program that your country plans to deploy ... Anybody can write some scientific paper on laser ... Whats so special about this one ?

My intent was to show that Laser research is being done in India and your was to troll here
