The source is the same (PRweb). Other sites are just hosting it. Check the sources, they'll all link it to PRweb

All the sites that you quoted link to the PRWeb article. PRWeb is a paid advertising agency

btw here is the Sovrano Ordine di Malta - sito ufficiale (Sovereign Military Order of Malta Site).It doesn't mention anything about the award.
Infact, it an order of Knights !! (they don't give awards)

Similarly the 'The Decade Merit Scrutinum' also does not exist. It only shows up on relation to this award !

It's not that simple. Only agencies which have bought accounts can post (like Reuters, AFP and PRweb)

However PRweb is actually an advertising agency (not something which does journalism on its own like AFP/Reuters). Check this out

This organization it is not authorized to use our name and emblems which are legally registered as service marks or trademarks in more than 100 countries. The persons associated with it, likewise, are unknown to us.
