Don’t Say “Terrorist” About “White People Like Ourselves”: Washington Post

Excellent point, does it matter if he is called a maniac evil or a terrorist? Arguing about a label is as usefull as arguing about which amunition he used.

No matter if it is a school in Pakistan a Church in the US or a market in Afghanistan to nitpick about what we call it only distracts from the effort to stop it.

Yes it does, the moment a muslim commits such act the whole western media starts to harp "terrorism" and blames the religion for it. But the moment a white christian commits same act, everyone starts to call it a lone wolf, mentally unstable. Accept the hypocrisy that is the least that can be done.
The judge hearing this white terrorists case actually talked about forgiveness to the victims family at the begging of proceeding. Bet your *** the same judge would be all gung ho if it was a muslim in his court.

Worse than that, through this some attempt to legitimize the just as bad actions of some and use the terrorist label to target groups and entire communities. Use the mentally ill labels to absolve themselves of any wrong doing. Even if that's just to make them sleep better.

To me, I don't see why an Anders Breivik is better or worse than an ISIS executioner. Here some people would be making the distinction about the 'cleaner' method of killing compared to beheading, subconsciously, yet for their intentions and end result, they are one.

Let's keep it direct: Terrorism has a political aspect, racism does not. Both can take violent forms as well and non-violent forms. And there are always two sides to the story, and what labels are used depends on who is telling it.

Racially motivated attacks happen every day. Are they all acts of terrorism?

Of course. War is also terrorism.

Racism can also have a political aspect.

So if I threw a shoe at a politician and it hit him in the head is that terrorism? It's politically motivated violence.
Technically, yes. If it's politically motivated, you could legally be charged with terrorism. Of course, if it's a shoe, no politician in their right mind would press charges, or even law enforcement, as they would lose any credibility they have, but legally? Yes.

Yup.. One is racially motivated and other religiously motivated. And the latter being more brutal and violent.

Don't get fooled by deceptive Western definitions and semantics. Have you seen pictures of what depleted uranium and phosphorus bombs used by Western state terrorists do to humans? War is the terrorism of the rich, terrorism is the war of the poor.
