Well indians are no friends of Afghanistan despite they will claim that. All the most corrupt elements and anti-pak elements of Karzai & Ashraf Ghani Govt have had the backing of India(and of course their 'pyu' the US). The indians have been supporting the afghan-nazi pashtuns, just to create trouble on western border of Pakistan. The implication of it has been that India has put their support behind an afghan nationalist govt that at the same time is actively trying to marginalize other non-pashtun groups in Afghanistan. And not to forget Ashraf Ghani is also guilty of killing thousands of innocent afghans and Ashraf and his gang is plundering Afghanistan. So Yes India is NO well-wisher of Afghanistan and is guilty of destabilizing Afghanistan!!!!!!

India is friend of nobody except money, look how they ditched Iran once bad times came on Iran.
