I cannot prove that the sandwich I am eating is real. Perhaps, it is an illusion or matrix.
On topic: The gravity is same as we travel around the world. If gravity originates from mass density, then it is only constant on the earth surface if the earth is spherical. As in case of spherical body, the surface has a constant distance (radius) from the surface to the centre.
Sphere? Do you mean round?
Sure, but we can reach the same point on earth and we know nearly its every corner. So that assumption is ruled out.Not necessarily. An infinite plane can exert a uniform gravitational force at the surface. Proof:
How can a sphere have corners?Sure, but we can reach the same point on earth and we know nearly its every corner. So that assumption is ruled out.
hmhm.. figuratively yes...How can a sphere have corners?
