Do we need Wakhan corridor? And if we need it how can we have it.

The British gave Wakhan to the Afghans only to protect itself from Russians. I doubt Afghans would listen to our buying or giving access proposals. Those guys don't even approve the Durand line.

There is only one non-military solution. Pakistan should get China involved and do joint ventures on the business side of it like long term leasing, investments, etc

Commercial leasing of the corridor with premium to the Government of Afghanistan is the civil option. You could either pay them annually a fee to lease the corridor or simply offer them some sort of strategic guarantee (like unlimited tax-free access to your Gwadar and Karachi port for import and export).

no matter how many things you make you can not bypass pakistan and trust me you know it too

Security issues are resolving pretty fast in Pakistan, within an year or so u will see a different Pakistan altogether.
Yes it will be tremendous commercial deal. The deal that can change the economic growth of the region. But in my opinion it will be difficult to give tax free access to Gwadar or Karachi port. less tax or security guarantee can be offered

What are the benefits in holding that corridor.. i mean why wud we want that piece of land ???

The people in Wakhan corridor have an ethnically related to the people in the northern areas of Pakistan. I am myself related to them as both can speak the same language and have the same culture, traditions. Acceptance is not a problem for the people in the Wakhan corridor because they would benefit from this deal as development of infrastructure by the Pakistani government would bring the people in pace with the world. The problem would lie in the Government of Afghanistan who would agree in giving Pakistan the Wakhan corridor and the Chinese government because it gives them a strategic connection to Afghanistan .

No we do not "need" Wakhan. As I understand it, the strip of land is nonviable for road construction unless you want to spend massive amounts of money on drilling through mountains. A feasibility study on linking Pak with Tajikistan has already been done and the best approach is from Chitral region, going west to Afghanistan first and then north to Tajikistan. Even this requires a tunnel through a mountain, but nothing like a potential Wakhan route.
