actually middle east is one of the most racially diverse region in the world.

By middle east i mean the Muslim majority area and they are far more divided then any other region of the worle even though they are all Islamic nations.

Actually I asked this question because I was reading about Indian party BJP the other day where Indian PM comes from. I then came across this organization titled RSS from where Narendra Modi is from.

I was reading about their ideology when these two lines struck me:"Treat Muslims as your own flesh and blood and at the same time work for their suddhikaraan (purification) so that they return to Hinduism which is their original culture" I found these lines a bit offensive. It was basically implying that indian Muslims are forcefully converted and become impure by converting and hence have to be purified into Hinduism. Aren't Indian Muslims as Indian as Indian Hindus are, so why this call for "purification". Doesn't RSS respect the right to religion of Muslims. I found such calls for purification very offensive.

India has BJP Government influenced by RSS and this government has been elected by majority of Indians so I thought maybe Indians subscribe to their views on "purifying" Muslims.and don't consider Muslims to be true Indians. So I wanted some opinions on this from Indian members here

Creation of Bangladesh is a testimony to the Failed idea of Two Nation Theory

I am one of the people who don't really find it important whether or not 2 nation theory have passed or failed, but leaving that aside for a moment, could you explain the logic behind your sentence? how does Bangladesh creation relates to whether or not 2 nation theory failed/passed?

Hindus and Muslims can't live together .
Muslims created their own state .
Bangla Muslims and Punjabi Muslims had ego issues , they can't live together .
There are certain things that are more important than religion which was a base of 2 nation theory .

Muslims too voted for Modi in 2014 gen elections. Purification is not only limited to Muslims to Hindus but it is also other way around plus we have churches who asks Hindus to adopt Christianity. This is a messed up situation which escalated due to the political vendettas of many political entities.

It is purely political otherwise this wouldn't have happened -

I agree with your view. ( as long as we both, agree to disagree, I will continue this conversation). Now Just because the ideology states that do you think majority of the Hindus, take this as the will to follow?..I personally dont think that way at all..RSS is a nobody according to me. Now let me ask you this....Do you follow everything that said/ preached to you or do you do the right thing?..let me give you an example..do you believe that as per some holy books..the worship of Idols is wrong (As mentioned, do you follow that)...The GODS of Hindus are all fake and that there is only one true GOD/Religion as mentioned in the Books..(Now I do understand that is what is mentioned in these Holy books, I get that. Dont you think that is something that is personal between the individual and his/her God..No!...so why Preach your beliefs publickly...this goes for all religions)..Now coming back to Modi..this is what he is preaching...a common Law for all Indians ... no matter what religion you follow..as long as you follow the Indian penal code..you should be fine.( And Yes...I love Beef...that is something the Modi gov should do something about.....How can anybody ban the best tasting meat in the world?)

So according to your logic, the idea that Hindu and Muslim cant live together is invalid because Muslim and Muslim cannot live together. I don't really get the comparison but like I said earlier, I don't really care whether or not 2 nation theory is valid or not, so I am not gonna argue much about it. I have read Jinnah's quote on this, and I agree with him whatever I've read but if someone else doesn't agree to it, its fine by me as well.
