Let's see
He has a link to Putin! Vladimir Putin | Facebook
Links the Indian Tennis/Cricket team: Tenniscricket.in | Facebook
Supports Ryukyu independence (but not HK!): Ryukyu independence movement | Facebook

..and lots of Chinese language pages like (I assume is in HK because FB banned in China)
我是中國人 我以此為傲 | Facebook

Probably a China/Russia sympathizer, but again, this doesn't mean traitor.

Here we got a lot of China sympathizers as well. @Beidou2020, for example, is an American of German descent, but his wife is Chinese.

I'm not really in favour of any kind of large scale immigration. But I think it was ridiculous how in the nineties when many Hong Kong Chinese were worried about the handover and looking to emigrate that the government suddenly stripped them of the right to live here. At the same time hundreds of thousands of poor and uneducated asylum seekers were settled here. I know which migrants I would have preferred.

British response to veto of electoral reform:

The UK is disappointed by the outcome of this electoral reform process. We continue to believe that a transition to universal suffrage is the best way to guarantee Hong Kong’s stability and prosperity, and is in everyone’s interest. We hope that a constructive dialogue on future reforms can be established, reflecting the aspirations of the people of Hong Kong and in accordance with the Basic Law.

They dont care. Those HKers create some thing to satisfy their western dreams. They see the whites higher class than Asians, even though they are Asians themselves, they just want to be classified an alien race in China. They know in whites eyes what they are, but they don't care, as long as they feel superior to their own race. This is HK people.

LOOL Maybe you are right, but then again you cant blame just Hong kongers, even Chinese in the mainland also look up to/envy whites/Europeans and look down on people with darker skin/others(we saw an example of that on a thread here about black han chinese.lol). In short there is an inferiority complex with not just hong kongers but also Chinese on the mainland themself. So you don't have to pick only on Hong Kongers.

As for hong kongers and Britain the general public here couldnt really care less about Hong Kong, nobody cares at all, nor do we even talk about Hong Kong.lool To us its just a far Oriental Asiatic city which was once one of our wealthy colony. Apart from that people here dont even think/talk much about it. Got more important things to think about. lol However our politicians do pay some attention to the city state since it was once our colony for a long time and we still have many interests there, mainly for geo political reasons as well. APART FROM THAT nothing much.

As for that michael turner, well looking from the link my American friend Peter provided, i can see he must be another delusional British citizen who is anti western himself(there are an isolated few of them out there). That's if hes not an ethnic Chinese immigrant.:china:

I have not seen anything in british press that suggest british 'care' what happens in hongkong. Obviously if something happens, reporting is natural, just like they report stories from around the world.

you guys should ask hongkong people why they hate you, its internal issue of china anyway.
