disrespect to The holy Kaaba

as we muslims tends to problems of other islam counties however we ignore one of the the biggest problem
what do you think and should do this high and ugly constructions around Kaaba
is that hurts you ? insallah one day we cleans these buildings around Kaaba before its too late

Couple of years back, when you would enter the city of Makkah, you could see the Kabab from quite a distance. Now its just hidden by these massive hotels. And these hotels are not cheap, only the rich can offered to stay in them. A reasonable priced hotel is very far away.

Some of these high end hotels have helipads on them. The clock tower hotel has already 5 floors permanently booked for the Royal family all year around.

If you go for ummrah or hajj, it just doesn't feel spiritual like the old days. Now its more like going on vacation.

Is it true that to build all these (+ the other mega projects in Medina) it was necessary to destroy several historical buildings some of which thousands of years old including mosques, shrines etc?

There's a difference between allowing "hotel business". And charging $10,000/ person for Hajj.

well they haven't done anything wrong. You doesn't like it and find it disrespectful is another issue.
The thing is it's not unislamic to make huge buildings near any mosque. Infact many mosques in Pakistan are near shopping malls or bazaars/markets.
Beautiful building with ALLAH O AKBAR at the top is not a bad thing. many people view it as a building from where you can see every holiest place in makkah and for them it's a blessing.
