China has no intention of leaving
And India is playing for time, hoping to build up forces, hope the U.S gets involved (true darpok Hindu behaviour)
In the meantime India can't reveal this to it's population,.
HENCE THE OPTICS
It's all optics for India now
An imaginary victory is better then a real defeat for India
According to people familiar with the matter, Chinese and Indian armies are expected to carry out a joint verification to assess the implementation of the disengagement process once the withdrawal of troops is completed in the west section of China-India boundary. The two militaries are set to hold extensive talks on bringing back peace and tranquility in the region. Can you confirm that and give us some updates on the disengagement? Will there be more bilateral talks between Chinese and Indian troops?
Zhao Lijian: Following the consensus reached at the commander-level talks, the Chinese and India border troops have been taking effective measures to disengage at Galwan Valley and other areas in the west section. The overall situation at the China-India boundary is stable and ameliorating. The two sides will continue to maintain dialogue and communication through military and diplomatic channels, including holding a new round of commander-level talks and the meeting of the Working Mechanism for Consultation and Coordination on China-India Border Affairs. We hope India will work with China towards the same goal to implement consensus reached between the two sides with concrete actions and jointly de-escalate tensions in the border region.

Hopefully a link from the Chinese Govt website should remove any confusion among Pakistanis that doubt India's statements on disengagement. Total disengagement from both sides will take months because of both lack of trust between the two countries and moving equipment from that terrain takes time.
If you intention was to troll, I will appreciate you telling me since I can happily drop you in my ignore list.

"Disengagement" here means darpoke Indian Army will not engage with Chinese Army.
Which part of that you don't understand?
Both India-China had a 1993 and 1996 border agreement not to deploy the army amounting to a division level without informing each other.
All was fine until China cleverly provoked India into Indian build up at Doklam. Using that excuse, China since then has deployed 200,000 soldiers on the Indian border. India does not have the same amount on the Chinese border.
What are India's options now as it doesn't have the same military flexibility as China does? In fact, India is rushing in soldiers deployed against Pakistan just to face China in Galwan Valley.
It is not cleverness. No country in the world like there 200,000 soldiers tied to a border.
That's why China will try to move its soldiers out of Tibet the 1st chance it gets.
Galwan valley /tibet looks pretty in pictures but comes the winter it's a headache to support 200,000 soldiers.
If a war doesn't happen till winters come, the army will move out .
Duh, the 200,000 Chinese soldiers have already spent two years there, regularly training, exercising and built permanent military habitat all along the border.
This is something moronic Indians still think isn't possible but Chinese are already there since 2017... only 200,000 Indian soldiers aren't there, scared of the winter by the looks of it.
Well if this is true. Than war is sure shot.
And if it doesn't happens I would consider the Chinese biggest morons on this earth.
On what basis India is humiliated?India has been humilated
It's accepted it can't defeat or push back China
India hasn't got the balls to attack or declare war
During negotiations India has agree to cede territory in return for China not pushing forward, atleast for the moment
China has no intention of leaving

...
The truth is, China claims the whole Galwan valley but Indian Army forced them to push even far from actual LAC. ...
... Because China came to invade but they are retreating downing their heads. ...
Any person who has little knowledge how to review satellite images, can find the truth about disengagement. What is your source?
So far the Indian Defence Ministry and Army hasn't given any statements. All these fictitious claims are being made by the Indian media from "anonymous" sources. Why can't the Defence Minister or the Foreign Minister make such claims?
China took 10 steps forward and 1 step back.
10 step forward resulted in killing 10 Indian soldiers, wounding 80 and captured another 10. Lesson taught.
1 step back means giving India a face saving exit from the situation ... until the next time.
