Disappointed By Arab Leaderships Neglect of Pakistani Sacrifices

Respect is earned never given.
I agree, respect is earned indeed. And the only way we will be respected is when we forge our own independent foreign policy not beholden to the whims of other countries. Pakistan is neither Arab nor Persian and this rivalry between Saudi and Iran is mostly that, only with sectarian cover.

So what do we care!!

If they cant overcome their differences should we have to sacrifice our interests because one will get bent out of shape

.
Hero, you are only going to change that by taking strong affirmative action.

Sitting on the sidelines waiting to get rich will screw us over and leave us crying on the sidelines like india is

Get in the middle and work for your interests
i think india has the most sensible foreign policy. They are reaping from both sides. They are getting more returnf for their investment. That si what we should have been doing all along.

How is it in our interests to join in? Can you tell me what exactly Pak gets from allying with military failures (despite all the nice American toys)??

The middle-east is a mess of sectarian and ethnic BS. We in Pakistan only recently started to come out of the 90s mini sectarian civil war and now our leaders want to involve us back in to that crap.
Exactly bro. We only recently recovered from terrorism (for the most part), why the fuk are we getting involved in the same sh!t again? It's like a crack addict going back on his recovery from addiction.

I wish both Iran and Arab nations well, I welcome close and friendly ties with them. But not as slaves and servants, but as equals. When we have UAE threatening Pakistan while it has hundreds of retired Pak service guys there, I want to ask those gairat mands, how much did they have to pay you to sell your love for your country when that Defence minister was threatening Pakistan of "dire consequences".
There should be a new law, anyone who fights for a foreign country loses his Pakistani nationality and cannot return to his homeland. If these people are willing to give their lives for a foreign country who's leaders bad mouth their homeland then these people do not deserve to be considered Pakistanis.

This is what we are trying to do now!!!

Our market and economy needs to increase before we become a valuable entity

India has a big market economy outside of that no one give a fcuk about india not even its allies

We cant wait 10, 20, 30 years for our economy to soar we need to act not, partake in thee alliances, and our other allies such as China and Turkey snd serve our interests and harm india

.
They gave importance to the Rahil Sharif

Even the arabs know real reason behind sharif,s visit to Saudia with his lawyer Akram Sheikh
He was the only one of the generals who saluted once, the rest saluted twice.
I like him.

.
Agreed. But when we say that, we are labelled as traitors for one party or the other by our own countrymen. We love being slaves, we get teary eyed when someone gives us pittance in charity but refuse to invest in our own country, our leaders wealth is in foreign nations while they tell us expats to invest back home.

We cannot expect others to respect while we do not even hold our own country in respect.

Ah, My Pak Brother,

Firstly, you have NO leaders. Accept that you are an orphan nation.

Yes, very hard thing to say for someone who loves you as people...

Not all beautiful things are true, and not all truths are beautiful.

First and far most question is What is Pakistan?

Can Pak accept its Truth?

Can Pak accept to be a Civilisation state as old as time...?

When you have True sense of yourselves then you can be...

You all are childeren of Indus...

Religion is not stopping you to own up to your 10000 years old heritage...
it is the fat, corrupt mullahs who have turned religion into business. It is all collection game for the mullahs...who don't have to work to earn a living...

More insults, more injuries are leaving Paks, especially Young Paks, no choice but to choose their Destiny.

I wish you rather eat grass and break this beggar's bowl...

All that aid-game is just for the elite.. aid buys elite...elite sells the country... happens all over the world.

Keep your chin up, shoulders straight, walk upright...with sense of your True Self...without arrogance...

Everything is going to Fine...after adversity comes Great Fortune!

You, all Young Paks, are not allowed to loose Hope.

LoL. But then we will lose our "strategic depth".

I give a damn about potus and Pakistani premier but india gets mentioned as a victim of terrorism means Pakistan is a terrorist country. At least hosts should have mentioned this and tried to balance this in their speech, if they couldn't stop trump from mentioning india.
India is money for the American defence industry, you are not.

.
What are you talking about?

What? Where are you getting this stuff?

Sharif was not lent by Pakistan, he was offered a job and he took it up. Pakistan can't just force him back, doing so would violate his free-will.

o_O
Dude dont feed them

But how are we doing the same by actually joining a side?

And secondly, none of these countries will be willing to fight india on our behalf. They have invested in india rather, while india can easily harm our interests via Iran because Iran has no economic interests with Pakistan. See the difference in our foreign policy and indian foreign policy?

India's partners are willing to harm Pakistan, while the countries in this pathetic alliance we joined have billions invested in india.

LoL. But then we will lose our "strategic depth".
All of those who are advocating for Pakistan joining Arabs have yet to give me any benefits to Pakistan from such an alliance vis a vis india.

Like, will these Arabs allow us to use their naval bases against india in a potential indo-pak war? Will they allow us to use their airbases? But then what about all of their billions invested in india and vice versa?

What you state is 100% true, and I have always tried to explain this to fellow Pakistanis. Whenever I have criticized Pakistan, reform has been my only intention.

It takes great courage to look at one self critically and accept your faults and deficiencies. At this moment in time, most Pakistanis are not willing to accept that. They have deluded themselves in to thinking that we are some high and important nation that can influence the fate of history, what they don't see is that we are just pawns, being used by other nations to prop up themselves and ensure their own survival.

We are surrounded by hostile nations, and yet they only show their hostility openly because they know, we are a divided people, with groups within us looking after the interests of foreign nations. We do not stand united yet, and I will continue to hammer this home until we get it through our thick Indus skulls.

ll of those who are advocating for Pakistan joining Arabs have yet to give me any benefits to Pakistan from such an alliance vis a vis india.

I have no issue with having cordial and friendly nations with the Arab world. But it should be the same with our Iranic friends as well. The relationship should be equal on both footings. The benefits are there indeed, if we are careful in balancing this. Look at India, they don't have to become someone elses' stooges to reap economic benefits. But we must go and die in Yemen or Syria to be considered worthy of respect?

This is a new alliance we cant jump to conclusions lets turn it into something that benefits us

Raheel Sharif,s mere presence makes us an important player here i think we should use this as an advantage and make our pov heard that includes no sectarian policy we are at an advantage because we are a sect wise diverse nation

They have invested because india has emerged as a economy.

Yes its a overpopulated slum but the slum dwellers need everything and investors with money will go

Pakistan is following a simlar line 200 million people in need of everything, our economy will expand over the next decade or so but we cant wait

The IA isnt arabs, its 50PLUS states with Raheel Sharif at its center, every one from indonesia to Turkey

The muslim world will learn from its mistakes slowly but surely and such alliances will be central to its future

And you want us to sit on the sidelines?

We need to take a jumpstart and create influence and this will create major influence
