Did u try A.R.Rehman's new track Jodha-Akber. Did Akber complete his marriage in two systems i.e. in Muslim and Hindu culture. I haven't seen the pictures yet. But promo view suggests that. Its horrible if emperor Akber realy did that.

I remember back in the good ol days of my Karachi high school days, I heard an A.R. Rehman song in my friends car. I never caught it's name, nor do I remember it's lyrics, but I distinctly remember it's beat. It was an amazing song. Shame, since I might never hear it again.

It was very popular around 2002/2003. If anyone has a list of his songs from that time, please let me know, since I would love to hear it again.

Akber had his own religion other than Islam called Deen-e-Ilahi.

Akbar was a man with a thinking pattern that was novel. He thought that if the two major religions could be unified it would amalgamate and harmonize the society. His idea was supported by a lot of Court "Ulema" like Abul Fazl and Faizi. We all know the rest .
The important thing which Dr Israr Ahmed has also pointed out that "Ulema" have caused a lot of havoc in Islam, as well as doing good. You just have to see how Nakshbandis and Deobandis are at each others throats, for no rhyme or reason to see what I am talking about. In order to protect their own fiefdoms they have complicated the implest of religions into something incomprehensible. May Allah protect us from all the Fitna and Fasaadin this world__Ameen.
