Did DG ISI telephoned directly to Ajit Doval in Feb 2019!!

We have heard most things about Pakistan V India tussles and airstrikes against each other in Feb 2019.

In today's video, Sabir Shakir has revealed that after 27th Feb 2019 air strikes by Pakistan, Indians started to deploy missiles against Pakistan. They issued threats to target some specific areas in Sialkot, Bhawalpur and in Karachi.

According to Sabir Shakir, ISI Chief directly telephoned to Indian national security adviser Ajit Doval, and told him that if you target 3 places in Pakistan, we in response would select 9 different targets in India.

Has anyone ever disclosed this direct telephone call to Doval by ISI Chief!!
This is a big revelation.

What I knew before Sabir's revelations that the message was conveyed to the Indians that we are aware of their Missile strikes plans and we will retaliate multiplied by three. It was understood that message was sent through a third country. In this regard UAE or SA were in the frame, according to my knowledge.

But now Sabir says that it was a direct call from DG ISI of Pakistan to Doval.
There is a huge difference between the two.

Passing message through a third (friendly ) country is completely different. The country would pass it with due care, with the intentions that no offence is caused to the other party.

But for DG ISI to pick the phone and warn Doval is completely different cattle of fish.
That is a direct threat.

More importantly, the impact of the threat was that India cowered and didn't go ahead with its intended missile strikes.

This is a huge huge impact on your enemy. It means a direct shut up call was given and understood by your enemy.

In my opinion, this is a huge huge embarrassment for India, it is a slap right on the faces of Indians. Especially on the faces of Doval, Modi and Amit Shah. The three devils of Indian politics. The terrorists.

Pakistani media should have played it for weeks. Should have done countless shows on this phone call to rub Indians noses in the dirt.
Imagine, if it was Indian media, how it would have handle such a news!!
