Very little progress in 12 years. Better than nothing I guess. They did take up a project to make collimator sights which is not listed here.

We need to seriously invest in both R&D and licensed manufacture of all sorts of missiles from ATGMs to ballistic missiles.
Strong technical know-how on rocket propulsion and guidance systems will help us build our own indigenous, tailored multilayered air defence network as well as a conventional triad (land, sea, air) of ballistic and cruise missiles.

While Americans are dying hungry, homeless and without access to clean water or healthcare thr US is spending trillions of dollars in pointless wars primarily because private defence contractors have bought off the Congress, Pdntagon and the Oval Office.

We cannot afford such stupidity.
Military production should be tightly managed and regulated by the Armed Forces to strictly meet their operational needs.

No one will give you that technology, you need to do R&D by yourselves

Better let state owned Ministry handle them, similar like happening in Indonesia and China. Professionals will be in charge instead of military officers or retired military officers. Private owned companies in defense industry should also be encouraged and helped.

I doubt it, can you give me the link of what you claim ?

During SBY administration there is also attempt from our government to produce C 705 missile from China in Indonesia, but later it turn out it is just assembling, so we cancel it, and now we are doing research on cruise missile alone. It takes several companies to do the research.
