You even know what you saying? Cultural exchange mean when you send some students on scholarships to KSA where they learn Arabic and about KSA culture. And they send students to Pakistan for same purpose. That is cultural exhange, what you recommending is called cultural adoptation or in your own cultures frame of reference "cultural hijack".. You want millions of Pakistani kids to start learnung arabic but will KSA (or any arab country d)o the same? Will they bring Urdu to their curriculum? When I was studying in Pakistan, back in the day, in the biology classes we were taught Charles Darwin "theory of evolution", as how can came from Apes. What about creative thinking? Is the old model of rote memorization still going to be the method of imparting "education"? The details of this curriculum are disappointing. Pakistan is following the path of authoritarian regimes which indoctrinate children to never question the State and its narrative. It's ideological brainwashing. What is the need to learn about Allama Iqbal's "vision"? Why not introduce students to the vision and ideas of many other great thinkers and philosophers around the world? Why this nationalistic approach to education? Education is meant to broaden horizons not limit them. The West is innovative because they have a liberal approach to education, they encourage creative thinking, thinking outside the box, they encourage questioning and skepticism. The Muslim world is far behind because they instill authoritarian tendencies from a young age.

Not everything is satanic/masonic agenda. Thinking like yours was one of the main reasons astronomy and other studies became study of devil and Muslims instead of studying the universe abandoned Knowledge and Quran.
