If i remember correctly CCMB -Hyderabad and AIIMS Delhi are Biosafety level 4 containment facilities.

Dont know CCMB. But yes, AIIMS has a BSL-4 lab.

Now one thing is becoming more and more clear for sure that US will now use india against china, and we have also seen this by the current developments (i.e; obama visit to india, india defence ties with Vietnam and india toil in srilanka to avert chinese influence over there and so on.)

World see china as the next super power and its the only country in the world that US is afraid of and on other hand, for india its the only country which is the hurdle on its way for prevailing its influence across South Asia. So this has obviously has brought US and india into the same page.

So in order to neutralize this, china, Pakistan and other south asian and regional countries should have to form some sort of alliance and should bring their defence and economic ties to the next level in order to tackle threat from US-India nexus.
