That is irrational because the monkeys in Dar ul-Uloom use only Islam to justify their actions. And again, for the bolded part the source is not India perse, it is the misguided monkeys in Dar ul-Uloom.

But we agree that, in the absence of a hierarchal authority structure, people will turn to the next best thing, which is scholars from respected religious institutions. These scholars get their authority by virtue of their association with the institution so, if they say something controversial, it is incumbent upon the institution to clarify its position.
In the worst case, the institution must explicitly disown the scholar and strip them of that legitimacy.
Yet, many Indian Muslims are responsible for all kinds of attacks in India, as well as in other countries. Why is that? I agree with you that the situation of Indian Muslims can be rectified, & it is the same problem Muslims from all over the South Asian region face; the ideological ammunition they get from higher up. As I said, it's not even just the Dar Uloom Deoband that is responsible for extremism in India but also many other factors, but it plays a huge part. A lot of Indian Muslims have other avenues of getting brainwashed as well. The fact is, there is a lot of local extremism & radicalization in India, that results in Indian Muslims being responsible for attacks in their own country, as well as for many international attacks.
So, if some Hindutva Saffron terrorists kill innocent victims, & claim they are representing Hinduism; do you think they are doing so? Dar Uloom Deoband India is made up of people that want to remain in power & have influence. Plain and simple. They exploit the common man & cause extremism. It's not the religion at fault, or the common brainwashed Indian that commits terrorism, it's a few power hungry individuals. Just as Modi stirred up anti-Muslim sentiments in Gujarat in his speeches, which eventually led to the massacre of Indian Gujarati Muslims killed by the mobs that were influenced by his speeches.
