Well there is already a thread running on same media coverage by other new agency. You ruined your thread by posting a new one rather than searching one and continuing the discussion there. People flock to new threads and repeat same post over and over again just to bash India.

Its due to lack of coordination at every level of society which is root of all evils. Every man for himself will result in division in society with different school of thoughts and no one will get enough majority to make the change.

Think over it. Anti-corruption drive and similar division has resulted in total lose of significance among the youth.

This article deserved a separate discussion from the Indo-Pak mudslinging that has been going on in the other threads. That is why i posted it separately. If the moderators have an issue they would merge or delete this thread. I would request you and others to discuss the topic of the thread if it isn't too late already. This thread is not about the rape but the western coverage of the rape and their double standards.

Buddy, I have asked Moderators with entire detail of merging these threads and why merging will help all the other posters.

Kindly do one thing, search windjammer's article, article from Chinese news agency Global times, all posted as separate thread and ask Moderators to merge those threads with your thread.

And what makes you think we actually care about this negative coverage.There is much more at stake here than our image around the world.Rapes are not gonna stop unless it gets sufficient attention from media and society.And this is the best way of making that happen.
