Delhi: Event manager rapes Chinese girl

New Delhi: Delhi Police’s so-called measures for enhancing security of women in the city seem not enough to stop crime against women in the capital. After a gang-rape in moving car on Wednesday night, another rape involving a 23-year-old Chinese girl has come in light. The girl was allegedly raped by an Indian event manager, who she met in a party in Malviya Nagar.

As per information, the event manager named Tarique Sheikh befriended the girl. They drank together, after which Sheikh offered the girl a lift till her house. He drove the girl to his friend’s place and raped her. In the morning, girl registered an FIR in Malviya Nagar police station.

On Wednesday, four persons allegedly raped a 24-year-old woman in city's Swaroop Nagar. The incident came to light when a police control room (PCR) van tried to flag down a car, which had tinted glasses, in the city's Burari area.

The police arrested all the accused, including an acquaintance of the victim.

although it is better to talk about some happy topics when our new year is coming,i can not stop angry that such stupid thing happen again,and now,disaster strikes a chinese girl.it is the first time i feel delhi r@pe is so close to us,it is not something far away any longer.
I strongly hope India govenment take action to ensure the safety of women,atleast foreign women if you don't care about your own.the criminal deserve a death.
