India needs to create a national database to identify, track, record of every single individual Indian citizen. Really would like to see that in effect like most developed nations have got.
For a start E passports and thumb print identification at Airports for Indian citizens.

.
I would really like to make india a cashless economy. If internet reaches every part of india, we can achieve a cashless economy, wherein the menace of corruption and black money can be eradicated.
Also we need to back this initiative with robust cyber security infrastructure, as a digital india will make a very enticing target for sabotage

A great initiative to connect 1.3 billion Indians. A great boost to new age companies and startups. This has the potential to transform eCommerce, agribusiness, healthcare, and e-governance and many more sectors across the country.

. . .
Over the last 10 years BSNL has been mismanaged to ruin. This company in 2004 was a public taxpayer owned asset valued at over 6 billion USD. and today it is requiring from the taxpayers additional 40,000 crores to revive itself ! What do you think we should say to that. - @OrionHunter @Nandy9
