Amir Khan and Lamont Peterson will meet once again in a rematch on May 19 in Las Vegas.
Khan lost his WBA super-lightweight and IBF light-welterweight belts in controversial circumstances in December with the 25-year-old deducted two points for pushing.
The bout was also overshadowed by the appearance of IBF affiliate Mustafa Ameen at ringside, prompting the WBA to order a rematch.
Golden Boy chief executive Richard Schaefer says he's had assurances that security will be tight this time round.
""I've already had conversations with the Las Vegas commision to make sure that
it is going to be absolutely neutral ground for both fighters. We won't see any men in hats sitting at the scorers' table."
He added: "This is going to be a big, and I mean a very big fight. The first fight was a terrific fight, an all-action fight, a lot of controversy, a lot of questions surrounding it so this one here is hopefully going to clear up all these question marks."
