CTD guns down five terrorists in Gujrat

GUJRAT: At least five suspected terrorists were gunned down by the Counter Terrorism Department personnel in a raid on early Thursday morning.

According to reports, three of their close associates managed to flee from the spot, however, a heavy cache of arms and ammunition were recovered from the raid.

CTD claimed that the terrorists, affiliated with a proscribed organisation, were planning to target public sites of Gujrat and Khariyaan.

Earlier in February, six terrorists were killed in a shootout at Chak 98 by the CTD.

The suspected deceased were affiliated with the banned terror group, Al-Ahrar. The said group took responsibility for the suicide blast in Lahore in which at least 14 people, including senior police officers, were martyred.

once world heard that there's no Ts in Punjab! pml-n gang's franchisers continuously said Punjab is no safe havean for Ts! bt when Lahore saw deadly blast what has been proved? then ops in Punjab opens up the cover and flushing Ts shadows. not ppp nor pml-n, are clean. terrorism in Pakistan being franchised by political parties, it's no wonder.
