Cross border firing: India will not hold talks with Pakistan till matter resolved
By Web Desk / AFP Published: August 13, 2013
India Foreign Office spokesperson, Syed Akbaruddin said India will not hold talks with Pakistan till matters of cross border firing and army are not fully resolved, Express News reported on Tuesday.
According to the spokesperson, Pakistan should also take action against Hafiz Saeed in order to help the Pakistan-India relationship. Saeed is alleged to be responsible for the 2008 Mumbai attacks in India.
Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had called for a “new beginning” in relations with India amid high tension over the disputed region of Kashmir, in comments published Tuesday.
Sharif said it was vital India and Pakistan became “good friends”, in remarks published Tuesday by the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP), the state news agency.
Clashes in recent weeks across the heavily militarised Line of Control (LoC), which divides the Himalayan territory between India and Pakistan, have raised the temperature between the nuclear-armed neighbours.

well, atlast foreign ministry took a good decision..kicking each other's @$$ and dancing can't go together..

also, its a good news to the anti talk faction within Pakistan's establishment as they successfully derailed the talk and destroyed the environment of peace which was seeming possible after Nawaz won the poll...
