Judiciary, a important pillar of state is very important in modern societies. Many Legal issues can only managed through legal process. I think law is another dimension of modren warfare. This important aspect of modren warfare and state management is missing here on PDF.
Considering the overwhelming importance of legal affairs in modern societies, and its impact on strategic and foreign affairs I suggest PDF management to create separate legal affairs section on PDF as well. You can further divide this section in two categories.
1. Domestic Legal Affairs or section
2. Strategic and international legal affairs.
