conventional war against unconventional enemy

We are fighting an conventional war against unconventional enemy.nowadays we are hearing about provinces raising new anti terror units to fight terror. These forced are only going to act when enemy attacks. Terrorists will continue to attack, they will continue die and new ones will continue to attack continuing bloodbath in motherland. These forces are also useful if used against secondary terrorist's (batta khori , hafta etc).
We will have to fight unconventionally against main terrorists. Our strategy should be to infliterate them at every level.we must Penetrate their sponsors and those who sustain them . Their are over 75 terror organisations . we can have 75 special planing and tactial teams to infliterate each one of them and ultimately destroy them . our enemy is weak if you know him we will destroy him .
This is only one aspect of unconventional war against them.

Before that, your Establishment needs to stop supporting the 'good' terrorists as instruments of state policy. Is the establishment not aware that many 'good' terrorists they have sponsored are joining the ranks of the 'bad' terrorists to create mayhem within Pakistan? But that doesn't matter to the powers-that-be as long as the remainder continue with PA's proxy war against India.

So what you've mentioned is easier said than done. Nothing will change. It's going to be more of the same.

You should be the last person to be saying that,considering India has been sponsoring terrorist's with in Pakistan for years.For **** sake's on what bases are you saying army still has Good and Bad terrorist mind set,unless you dont have any proof,you might as well shut up.What more justification do you want,Afghan's and the Americans are happy with our effort,which clearly suggest Pakistan is target all terrorist. Sorry for my language but i can't swallow something like that coming from you!

On topic @asker ,luckily army is doing every thing it can to get rid of this cancer and better yet with Afghan governments support,it's inevitable that we will get rid of this unconventional enemy.If you hadn't noticed bhata has decreased by 80% in Peshawar after the operation started.
