Using Steemit.com model, it is definitely possible and automatically and win-win.

Or webmaster can distribute 50% ad revenue among the users using smart contract.

Just need a formula to calculate how much for how much contribution.

So lets propose an formula and its parameters e.g. number of like received, post views, rank etc.

Yes we all know the members of mariyam media cell

(particularly from one specific party);

Yes absolutely some frequently resort to whataboutism even demeaning our state and defending the indefendible to prove their point

I always thought about many of the netizens who are found day and night here on pdf.Do they get something in return for all the contribution esp. the mods ? or are they all volunteers?
I m sure pdf gets some amount back in return to ads and other stuff but they have expenditure as well.But throwing in a dollar dime for every rating can really help bringing in raw talent whether its Consultants writing articles or random contributors
