Seriously, as a cop myself, it's extremely unprofessional to flirt with anyone (not even your BF/GF) in public in uniform. That is a sign of power abuse whether or not you know that person, Police officer wear uniform for a reason and that's represent authority figure.

Scence never happens in USA.

There is a reason why this does not happen anywhere in the world, not just in the US.
