Their previous "bonus" was also a hoax. The bonus was actually the interest payment on the unused funds which KPK govt then parked back with the Federal Govt.....Their project management capabilities have been dismal, with more emphasis on paying to consultants hired for so called "transparency".

this doesnt change the fact that federal govt is holding over 400 billion rupees of KPK without any justification. you are saying that KPK govt has so much money that it doesnt know where to spend it. didnt the govt released over 115 billion rupees.
look at fedral govt spending pattern its no different but it only means project are going slower for reasons of inefficiency, lack of security and technical reasons it doesnt mean govt is rich nor its a justify the federal govt punishing the poor people of kpk by eating up its money.
Ultimately the same money goes to rich province of Punjab under the NFC award the very reason that federal govt is refusing to pay up

Now that terroism has decreased, KPK no longer need extra 1% NFC award (Rs 30 billion this year). Federal instead should give KPK 200 billion left in installments.

is this latest news? because just few days back i read on dawn some mpa of anp was criticizing govt because it had used i think 70% funds and demanding more from fed govt.
