Does it occur in the pakistan army? What happens to those who do?

United Nations Commission on Human Rights resolution 1998/77" officially recognized that "persons [already] performing military service may develop conscientious objections.

Those who opposed lal masjid where detained for months then put on court martial weren't they just conscientious objectors?
 
yes, its not law that is followed in Pak army, its the tradition that is more important left by the imperialist brits.
