Saleh is the one who helps Houthis to enter Sanaa, he used them to threaten the GCC initiative which helped in making a new settlement in Yemen without Saleh being a president.... He didn't like it so he tried his best to bring Houthis to the Capital and other cities.
Yes, he declared a war on Houthis only after he knew that they're willing to kill him and he lost all kind of power he had...
the good thing, he announced the end of his party partnership with Houthis before saying goodbye to life...
So what I see is all his sons, loyalists and supportes will be eager to take revenge and here comes the benefit

Really man, are you really going to say with that a straight face when you guys are shocked and blaming the Muslim Brotherhood in Yemen for what happened on the Arab forum? I told the guy to cut the nonsense and he made in fun of my Palestinian identity. Told him to **** off and got banned. You know what if you guys can't help yourselves no one can help you. Any time I comment on anything there related to a thread, someone has belittled me over my identity. I'm not even going to bother supporting you guys from now on. Keep living in your delusions, clearly Houthis are in control in Sanaa. Your coalition is useless because it considers half of Yemeni Sunni's or more as enemies and will not support them. That's one factor, the other is that dumb people are leading it.

Yesterday they were all going off about an uprising in Yemen led by Saleh, some are calling him a martyr right now. Stop trying to save face, this is embarrassing for them. Anyway I don't think Houthis had control of their members, they probably wanted to capture him or who knows. But it is a blow to the morale of his forces in Sanaa. It's kind of the right thing to do from a strategic sense but morally and politically this will not bode well for them.
