Pakistan Aeronautical Complex KAMRA and INNAVTEK International (H.K.) have joined hands, with a vision to Strengthen National Economy Through Commercialization.

We all appreciate and take pride in mentioning that Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra is manufacturing State-of-the-art Fighter Aircraft Thunder in collaboration with our time-tested friend China.

A year ago, Air Marshal Farhat Hussain Khan expressed his vision to optimally utilize the available resources of PAC KAMRA by directly contributing to the development in commercial sector of our beloved country. Today by the Grace of God, CPMC – a joint collaboration of PAC Kamra and INNAVTEK International (H.K.) Ltd, is taking first step to transform his vision to reality.

About Us

Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) is an organization which comprises of four co-located factories which virtually take care of maintenance of all operational assets of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) for the purpose of effective control and efficient working. The complex is governed by a Board which is headed by Chairman PAC Board. The Chairman of the Board is serving Air Marshal of Pakistan Air Force (PAF). He is assisted by 03 resident and 02 non-resident members namely:

• Member Finance (Resident Member)
• Member Commercial (Resident Member)
• Member Technical (Resident Member)
• Member Ministerial Coordination (Non-Resident Member)
• Member Private (Non-Resident Member)

The complex houses multi faceted engineering capabilities which enable it to undertake Aircraft structure overhaul, Aircraft component overhaul, Aircraft Engine overhaul, Radar & Avionics maintenance and overhaul. To cater for the needs of all these tasks the complex provides comprehensive aviation standard testing & manufacturing facilities at one place.

The pace of development of complex definitely provides a silver lining on the horizon for the people of Pakistan that In the near future Pakistan would stand out as a country which can produce future generation Fighter Aircraft indigenously.
INNAVTEK is a marketing organ of its Beijing based Original Equipment Manufacturer NAV Tech Co., Ltd and is a leading manufacturer of customized Navigation Products, it also has wide range of products including IMUs, AHRS, INS etc.

In year 2009-10, INNAVTEK jointly developed 02 products with Avionics Production Factory which are successfully flying on fleet of our JF-17 aircraft and three more products are under co development phase.

How are you everyone. I have seen this today and I am quite impressed with the video and I am not believing that the PAC is doing all this with very little help soon we will be able to reach greater heights in near future. Most probably be able to develop Chips at home too.

Hope that PAK aerospace sector devolops furhter. Can any one tell me Why doesn't PAK gov convert it into a public Ltd company.Is it a bad thing to do or are there any obstacles. Won't turning it into a Ltd bring more investment?

What its now is a good thing. We are fine as socialist. Converting it into public sector will not really bring that nationalism. Control under military will keep that discipline going...

Dear,

The Goal of a Pvt Ltd company is ALWAYS to maximize profits. Keep in mind that NGOs, Philanthropist organizations and Humanitarian organizations although work as non governmental bodies, but still do not register as Pvt Ltd because then they have to file for taxes and show returns on investments, and can be forced by law to increase profits to generate revenue.

The directive for PAC is to increase In-House engineering skills and keep the profits low, to reduce cost for its parent organization, i.e. PAF. If they were to increase their profit, and gave taxes, then it will end up costing PAF more to procure the same items. Thats why governmental R&D organizations produce cheaper alternative in comparison to Profit making private organizations.

Pakistani Manufactured Tablet PC, Notebook And E-Book Readers

Just when we were thinking that Pakistani are way way off in the technological sector out of no where Pakistan aeronautical complex (PAC) which is really specialized in aeronautical products have started production of Tablet PC, Notebooks and Portable E-Book readers.

The Advertisement in the daily News papers really took everyone out of surprise Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) in collaboration with Innavtek China is producing these products.

Recently PTCL launched their Android Tablet PC which is affordable and performance wise quite powerful as well.

Full Details of the Products offered by Pakistan Aeronautical Complex were not available till now (request being made to PAC officials), but partial specification of the products are mentioned in the advertisement (attached below). The Products are named as PAC-eBook, PAC-PAD 1 and PAC-nBOOk 1.
