CNS Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi visited Naval installations, Combat Units at Sea & Units at Karachi

ISLAMABAD - Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi has said that Pakistan is a peace loving country but any aggression by enemy will be responded effectively.

He was speaking during a visit to Naval installations and forward posts to review operational preparedness of Pakistan Navy .

According to Pakistan Navy 's Spokesman, he said the timely detection of Indian submarine is clear proof of operational preparedness and professional capabilities of Pakistan Navy .

Admiral Zafar Mahmood also visited naval ships posted at North Arabian Sea.

He was briefed on operational preparedness of Pakistan Navy .

The Naval Chief met with officers and Jawans and lauded the operational preparedness and their high spirit.

First of all you are wrong. There is only one guy in SSGN woodland pattern and secondly the country is at war and the only thing you worry about is the pattern of the uniforms. Childish attitudes!

I have seen a photo of indian submarine snorkling?..with just the hull outside water....
Is that what pak navy is saying ...
Detected?? Or meaning it has been seen some where...

With a view to witness the operational readiness of the troops amid prevailing escalating, Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi visited Naval installations at Coastal & Creek Area, units at Karachi and combat units deployed at sea.

Naval Chief was given detailed overview/ briefings on the ongoing operational deployment of troops and units at various Area of Responsibility (AORs).

During the visits, the Naval Chief also interacted with the troops and expressed his satisfaction on the professional excellence and high morale in ensuring impregnable defence of the Motherland. Chief of the Naval Staff resolved that Pakistan Navy is fully prepared to foil any nefarious design of our adversary and any misadventure by the enemy shall be thwarted with an iron fist. The Admiral said that despite the numerical superiority of our adversary, we are fully vigilant to ensure country's seaward defence and safeguard maritime interests of the nation at all costs. Our Faith in Allah, courage and passion to safeguard the Motherland are added strength to our readiness and professionalism.

Chief of the Naval Staff also inspected Naval Air Station at Turbat and forward posts at Creek area along eastern border.

We rely too much on pooling together units from various areas

We need to standardise the rotary Wing

Adding in UAV would be good for long endurance sea operations

Our warships are single hanger

We need rotary UAV to operate from all of our warships
