I think you are clueless about IP and reverse engineering work.

Chinese HSR is not entirely Chinese, because the whole system was built by many components from all over the world, but the core component that makes Chinese HSR able to run at speed 350 kmph is Chinese.

The same with USA Tesla, Germany BMW, etc.


I think it's not true that Japanese HSR and cars are ahead of China's.

The world moves very fast, it was true a couple of years ago, but not today.

For internal combustion engine (ICE), Japan is probably the best in the world, but in EV, it's China.

And overall, EV is better than ICE.

But that is just in term of the engine, modern car also has software part as well, cost reduction innovation and technology, that Japan is behind China.
