Vingroup get German tech for Vinfast car and alos license from GM to produce GM car, Spain tech for smart phone .Looks like you are the most favored nation on the book of developed nations.
When that happens, let me know. So far, I have not seen much technological marvels coming from Vietnam's side.
I guess you received too much of high-tech blueprints for free from developed countries, and still trying to immerse them.
