This needs to be high res, I can't read what is written beside the elephants leg, is it sort of begging utensil? Also what is elephant sipping? I think the glass is filled with go-mutra and the tubes are filled with punchh-gav(cow-dung, go-mutra, cow yogurt, cow milk, cow ghee) And the other tube is from a cow of international variety.

Only speculating, but quite admirable, if the artist went this far in his messaging.
