One question: If CCP is really that bad as westerner believe it is, why most Chinese members support it? To be more accurate, I never saw any native Chinese in this forum that hates CCP. Remember, a big part of Chinese members had been to west countries, or are living in west countries now. You can not say they are brainwashed.

They are just jealous and becoming insecure. Nilgiri has been one of the most moderate Indian members here on this forum, but I found him getting more insane year-by-year, together with their cult of "liberal democracy" declining all over the world and their beloved master the US becoming a laughing stock.

Do we have any Falun Gong members here. They would have provided another perspective.

I have some distant relatives (former teacher at university) who practice Falun Gong. It seems to attract many retirees who care about their health. Initially, it looks to many people like just a method to enhance your health, by doing physical exercise every day.

Currently it is not banned in Vietnam, but under surveillance of police. Members of Falun Gong have committed a couple sick crimes in Vietnam, in one case, 02 persons were murdered when they wanted to quit.

Real members of Falun Gong believe they do not need treatment for illness. Just follow the teaching of some Chinese demi-god (forgot his name. He is still living somewhere in Hong Kong) and even cancer can be healed.

There are not many Falun Gong believers in mainland China. Those who still practise it mostly belong to the bottom of scociety. They don't understand English so no chance to be here.
