What's new

Chinese-Congolese singer Zhong Feifei is a symbol of growing diversity in China

Ahahahha.....some comments here really give a picture of how SOME Chinese think. We can see from this that most of them here are not happy that one of her parents is BLACK and therein lies the real problem . Many consider this a black stain on the pure Chinese race.. However, unfortunately for them they can't force other Chinese women or even men to choose who they like or who they will have kids/make their life with. So such interracial marriages and mixtures will continue . Except China closes itself up like during the MAO Zedong days and becomes like North Korea once again. That's what usually comes with globalization and opening up. So they need to learn to deal with that. :D

. . . .
Lol I'm not really religious per se, but I know a thing or two about the Bible/Christianity. Can you tell me where you got this your quote from ? :D:wave:

Maybe what he mean is that Christianity is originated from Jews community and there is verse in bible saying that Christianity is only intended for Jews.

It is recorded in Matthew 15: 24 “I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel.”

its the opposite. We should celebrate and promote diversity because on an even playing field, we win. White supremacists would love to kick us out so we don't compete with them.
Identity politics don't lead to a even playing field. It creates groups within society each competing for resources and influence. Think of how acceptable it is for Asians in United States (university entrance, bamboo ceiling) to get discriminated because of their success as a racial group vs affirmative actions providing favorable treatment to blacks. How is multiculturalism working out in Europe? You have Turks and North Africans controlling entire neighborhoods in France and Germany, where police don't even enter.

Diversity is cancer to society. China needs a homogeneous society, not import mind disease from the West. As with any cancer treatment, early intervention is the key. Once you reach terminal stage, death of society becomes inevitable. We saw that in history with the barbarianization of Roman society, and even experienced it ourselves with An Lushan rebellion in Tang dynasty. It seems you didn't learn from history.

On the contrary, China grew from a patch of land on the banks of Yellow River into the large landmass today because we're not bound by bloodlines, but by cultural assimilation. Every Chinese person alive today is the result of inter-marriage between different regional groups. It doesn't matter who her parents are as long as she integrate herself into mainstream society, speak our language and share our societal values.

Keep the BLM and multiculturalism bullshit out.

.
East Asians are so used to being homogeneous, China, Japan, Koreas.. China is better than Japan and Korea, although Han Chinese account for 92% of Chinese population, China still has over 100 million ethnic minorities, but 90% of the Chinese minorities are almost the same as Han,so there's no much difference.

Lol That's what you think. There are many Chinese who don't think the way you do and would judge a Chinese by the way they look. You think a mixed race Chinese (half black half white) will be regarded as a Chinese by most Chinese in China just because she has assimilated? Lol. I'm sorry but tats not the case and that can be seen even on here how some are regarded because of the colour of their skin or the way they look. So what you said sounds nice and all but it's not always the reality.
And what do you mean by i should keep my black lives matters and multiculturalism bullshit? Where did I even mentioned BLM or multiculturalism? Lol. Seems most of you get very defensive when we expose some of the intricate racism of some on here. Lol. Chill, I was just addressing some points the others made.

Traditionally dark skin is seen as undesirable in China. In fact, it's not limited to China but East Asia. Persons with darker skin tone were seen as working class. I had an elementary school classmate who had darker skin, and she was relentlessly made fun of. She was known as the African girl even though she had no African blood.

Areas of modern day Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan and Guizhou were thought of as barbarians back in ancient times, as recently as Song Dynasty. It did not prevent these regions from assimilating into Han culture, nor did it prevent Han from marrying natives. No one from these places today will argue they are anything other than Chinese.

Assimilation takes time.

I agree. I think what will make China's case abit abit different is that unlike Japan, S.Korea etc China is very big and will keep getting bigger especially economically and trade wise. So with opening up and trade comes foreigner's and with foreigner's comes intermarriages and mixtures. China is already the world's largest trading nation and it will only grow with time barring some major catastrophy. So obviously there will be more and more movement of people and goods between China and the world and with this comes mixtures of people and races. That's inevitable. Other East Asian countries never had this level of trade and integration with the world . So they didn't see this level of movement of people and goods. We can already see that there is already even areas known as African zone in Guangzhou.
So this will keep increasing with time, except as I said China changes course and closed up from the world and stops free flow of people and goods, or adopts a more restrictive posture. That's the only way to remain the way the way they were before.

China has 56 races and has ample experience in dealing with minorities. There is education camp or prison waiting for those who play identity politics and cry discrimination.

So not to worry

True. I remember once I talked to a group of people in a social gathering and asked them if they were ok with foreigners working and living in China, most of them said they didn't care, but when I asked them if they are ok with their next door neighbors being foreigners, every single one of them said NO.

we should promote diversity in the west. in fact, we should totally embrace identity politics in the west and try to win at it. laying low and making money is for chumps, that's what I learned. going on the attack, calling people out and being aggressive just works.

in the US it isn't as easy but in Canada you have enough population percentage where a Chinese Lives Matter movement could become a significant player. Look at how the Indians are taking over Canadian government, they know how to be a vote bank and gather political power through identity politics. Meanwhile where are Chinese Canadian politicians when Asians are getting attacked? Chinese Canadian cops don't even dare call out the racist attacks against Asians at U of T library. That is what happens when you have no power.

These foreign NGO pushed diversity and human rights "politics" are a blinding American poison to prepare ground to saw division and dissent in foreign countries. The answer to Western propaganda about Chinas diversity issues is not trying to proof them wrong. Its to call out their bullshit and ignore foreign agents with malicous intents and their usefull idiots.

That fake "Chinese" American spy Brian Kern who fled Hong Kong recently was waving the flag of diversity, multiculturalism and human rights for several years to eyewash infants as an English teacher for Amnesty (which we also all know at this point is just an American government run propaganda and subversion assets) and once he got them hooked up he started promoting hate against the Chinese people exploiting their obsession with these vapid topics, while simultaniously undermining Chinas education directing time children have between learning and growing up into misled "activism" fueld by Western propaganda and Western indoctrionation efforts like that of Biran Kern, before they can even fully grasp what gender or ethnicity even is or the word human rights really means.

The absurdity is, embracing, studying, adopting and integrating other cultures has been Chinas forte for millenia. What are some pasty little Americans whos multiculturalism boils down to barely 100 years of "graciously" accepting their black slaves and survivors of their genocide of the real natives as actual human beings and sexual festishism going to teach China anyways? China doesnt have to proof them anything.
