Lessons learnt: WHO needs to be more independent with its own evaluation of situation. It made announcements toeing Chinese line when travel could have been restricted much earlier helping to minimise spread of the disease.

Those countries are suppose to quarantine those coming from China when the WHO confirmed that there is an out break of Sars like virus.
