Coal is king and Mesiah. Beware of Western nations anti coal agenda, it is a crypto language to ask poor nations not to develop.

************

Nationwide power curbs, caused by many factors including a steep jump in coal prices and surging demand, have led to side effects at Chinese factories of all kinds, with some cutting output or halting production entirely. Industry insiders predict the situation could worsen as the winter season draws near.

As production halts caused by power curbs challenge factory production, experts believe that Chinese authorities will launch new measures - including a crackdown on high coal prices - to ensure a steady electricity supply.

As long as the govt agrees to reopen the Shanxi coal mine.

There is a stupid Viet guy supporting every single anti coal agenda and happily celebrate in PDF when Vietnam government decided to import LNG from USA. Vietnam Quang Ninh got a lot of coal and this is the exact cornerstone of Vietnam industrialization.

I am always anti climate change theory. Piece of bull crap and this is an evil plan of western nation to inhibit poor nation from developing. Now western nations manage to corner China and nudge China onboard. Bad news for everyone.

A guess. A few months ago it emerged that the power plant was negotiating with State Grid for a higher price. I think the negotiations have failed. As winter approaches in the northeast, power plants have banded together to reduce output in a bid to create panic. If there is a shortage of electricity in winter, heating in the northeast will be a problem. Temperatures in the northeast can reach minus 30 degrees Celsius. So this is going to put a lot of pressure on State Grid.

I think we'll find out soon enough.

. . .
Export tax rebates should be cancelled.

Are these power plants private or state owned? People's welfare should come first before the profit earning of these power plants.

If these are private owned power plants, China should at least nationalize a majority of them to ensure consistent supply policy. Critically essential industry should be controlled by the government.

Both
China split up its power system to reduce monopolies. The power plant is separated from the grid. The power grid is controlled by the state. Power plants allow private enterprises to enter and compete with state-owned power plants as competitors, promoting management and technological development.

The vast majority of power plants and State Grid are state-owned enterprises. However, China's state-owned enterprises are different from those in the Soviet Union. There is a competitive relationship between state-owned enterprises and state-owned enterprises. The achievement of state-owned enterprises are closely related to the treatment and future of their employees.
These power plant and the State Grid are sworn enemies. However, these power plants are not united, and they lack the ability to negotiate with the State Grid.

I know China spent a lot of money on covid tests and vax so maybe they don't have money left for much of anything else.

There is a fking Viet guy who are very proud of renewables and expensive LNG from USA. He is a race traitor. For a long time in PDF, I have been vouching Vietnam as far as possible should use the coal in Quan Ninh. Until Vietnam get richer, then Vietnam can think of exotic energy sources.

Does Vietnam want to develop? Or does Vietnam want clean air?

FK the anti coal NGO. They are demons.
