If you read the biography of Lin biao. The whole doctrine and structure of origin of PLA is build by Lin biao. Lin biao maybe a freak but this guy is highly discipline and hard working. He knows to effectively win a war, training and superior weapons are not enough. The mental strength and aim of fighting must be formulated.
