Recently from Wuhan engineer a 17000 ton viaduct rotated 106 degrees to successfully complet the docking, while the high speeding trains passing under the operation.

The docking spent only 90 minutes, the central axis up to 15 meters, which is China's first aerial rotation construction.

It is done this way so that the high speed train service would not be disrupted because of safety concern during construction?

I remember many months ago we have done this before in one of our bridge's constructions which run high up in parallel to the highway beneath it. The similar maneuver was done to avoid disruption of traffic flow down under :cheesy::tup:

bridge is more strength, the rotation planned even before the bridge built. It's planned.

Nonsense. You need to rotate that 17000tons bridge, the stability and support are all about technology infrastruture you possess.
