China signed treaties with Russia settling territorial disputes. They were terms that were agreed upon by both parties. Unlike America, China keeps their end of the deal they’ve agreed to unless the other party breaks it. Russia is a friendly nation cooperating with China on security and energy. The relationship between a partner and dogs of the American empire are completely different. The Chinese don’t attack their own allies like the America do when they blew up Germany’s pipeline. Maybe that’s why you are keen to project your own desires on other countries.

I'm looking forward to the buildup of Scarborough Shoal. The three SCS islands alerted the US and gave them time to prepare a counter strategy. When China capable of stationing some assets nearby to fry any airplane that dares fly overhead with microwaves that's when the Scarborough Shoal buildup begins. Maybe some Type 055's + CV18 can provide the microwave Area Denial!

Scarborough Shoal is under China control. If radar station is built there, it will be perfect. To reliably detect stealth fighter, one need a big n angle earth station on the scheme call "triangulaion".

F35 or F22 cant hide.

But Scarborough Shoal is also under the range of Pinoy Brahmos and quite vulnerable upon first strike. That is the price to pay nevertheless.

Few years ago, reclaming Scarborough Shoal was US red line. Not sure now.

This action of surrounding the islands occupied by the Philippines with Chinese ships is also a stern warning to Marcos regimen not to mess with Chinese inslands sovereignty in SCS. The Marcos navy and coast guard have intruded into the sea waters of Chinese islands in SCS purposely as puppeted by the Americans to do so. This challenge and provoke of Chinese sovereignty of the islands in SCS must angered China.

Little known that China is not reclaiming any Spratly Island as per now. But Vietnam is reclaming at a large scale -- only limited by Vietnamese heavy construction equipment capabilities.

Chinese navy allow this to happen showing that China is ready to give Vietnam a piece of Spratly.

China will beat US pawns hard. Some samll countries never learnt a lesson from Ukraine.

China should take the island back, the island was stolen and invaded by the Philippines from Republic of China in the 1970s after the Chinese soldiers vacated the island during a typhoon temporiarily. The island is rightfully Chinese, its time to take back now since Philippines wants to be an US pawn to fight China in SCS and wants to station US Marines on the island.

It's going to get more interesting around Scarborough Shoal too. Before China only had Type 052D, too weak to form any kind of mobile microwave mesh over the Shoal to repel US warplanes and bombers. CV18 can do it, but it too expensive for the job. I think China will make the Scarborough Shoal move when enough Type 055 and Type 076 LHD's with sufficient electric energy storage systems that can be channeled to microwave emitters...
