Mystery Second Payload

As we can see from the CGI, the payload fairing is so large that it could easily carry two manned spacecrafts of the size of Yuanzhou-1, being intended to place the Chinese Tiangong Space Station modules into LEO!

1. CZ-5BY1 payload fairing so large that it could carry more payload!

And indeed, the empty space was not wasted. Being used to place an inflatable heat shield re-entry experiment according to Xinhua!

One might wonder if this is not the famous individual emergency shield intended for future taikonauts of the Chinese Space Station, when an emergency return to earth is needed without any manned spacecrafts left following a major accident!

It is, actually, a giant step towards MoonBase not only the Chiense Space Station...

In an odd way we are back in time.... the SpaceRace is on!

The Space Race has already been won by the United States. The US has visited every planet in the Solar System, and put man on the Moon.

Like the race for everything else, China is winning and will be more so in the future.

Winning what exactly? China has never even visited another planet before. Meanwhile NASA has been to every one in the Solar System. China has won nothing.

There is no end to these things for you to claim you've "won" anything. There is no finish line here. This is not some game to be used as propaganda. Space endeavours are endless in their potentials. I suggest we take our focus away from such rather petty criteria.
