can I offer an outside - don't give a damn perspective. The whole incident is comical if not for the loss of human lives on both sides over some completely inhospitable terrain with no strategic value.

To be fair, initially Indians were very "brave" when they had 10 to 1 numerical advantage.

When PLA reinforcement arrived the scene, Indians started fleeing and killed themselevs in process.
